The school is established under the auspices of the Southern India Education Trust(S.I.E.T) out of funds contributed mostly by Muslims in India and abroad. School admission is open to all eligible Indian girls irrespective of caste, creed or community and without any restrictions as to the State or Territory from which they come and Muslims in particular. It is recognized by the Government of Tamilnadu with standards I to XII and started functioning from 25.06.1979.
The school will impart moral, literary and science education leading to harmonious development of each student bringing out those qualities which are best and noblest in them. We aim beyond academics and extend to achieve growth on the sports fields, in debate halls, educational conferences, community service - N.S.S. Unit, Assembly activities, performing arts, appreciating the culture and most importantly become a good individuals with a balance Emotional Quotient developing the IQ with technological skills. The girl students should set a role model leading into a significant, successful human being.
